Mongolia is a state located in the Central Asia. Mongolia shares borders with the following countries: Russia (North), China (East, South and West). The country is landlocked. Total area of the country is 1 564 116 sq.km. Mongolia is a member of some structures of the CIS as an observer. The official language in Mongolia is Mongolian, for writing they use Cyrillic. The presidential term might not be served more than for two times. If the president is absent, as head of the state acts the Chairman of the Great Hural. The President happens to be a chief of the armed forces. The legislative power in the country belongs to the parliament – The State Great Hural, which consists of 76 members who are chosen by confidential vote for term of four years.
