Questions about Shipping?

The SIM cards are shipped on the same day or on the next day we receive your order. Depending on order destination country:

• Orders from Australia and New Zealand are shipped on the next day.
• Orders from Europe and rest of the world are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 13.00 EET time. If the order is made after 13.00 EET time, the order will be shipped on next day. Should you place your order on a Friday after 13.00 EET time, please allow 2 days extra for delivery.

Orders which are made on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday.

Airbalticcard SIM cards are currently delivered with TNT, Fedex and Australia Post

Shipping to Europe: 2-4 business days (shipped from Europe with TNT)

Shipping to Australia: 2-4 business days (shipped from Australia with Australia Post, express post)

Shipping to Canada and US: 2-8 business days (shipped from Europe with TNT)

Shipping worldwide: 3-10 business days (express shipping with TNT)

Airbalticcard uses only express shipping with tracking. Tracking numbers will be sent to order e-mail.

If placing your order on a Friday afternoon, please add an extra 2 days to delivery times.

Airbalticcard orders above €50 are eligible for Free Shipping!

Delivery charges will be be implemented to the orders below €50

• Australia, Europe, New Zealand  8EUR/9USD/12CAD/7GBP/13 AUD
• Rest of the world 17EUR/20USD/27CAD/16GBP/27AUD

Please note that any local duties or taxes will be charged to the customer.

If your SIM card has not arrived, please first check the delivery status of your shipment, using your tracking number.

The tracking number of your shipment is sent to you by e-mail with your shipping confirmation.

We deliver SIM Card all around the world with express shipping.

Please note that we have some exceptions and Airbalticcard does not deliver physical SIM cards to (due to legislation, commercial or logistics reasons) Andorra, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Cuba, Egypt, Estonia, French Polynesia, Gaza, India, Iraq, Iran, North-Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Yemen.

For safety reasons we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
